While an athletes career may begin with a creative and lucrative contract, its ultimate success will be measured by the long term security that outlives their playing days. The careers that our athletes have give them an exposure that is a mere stepping stone to a successful business life after their playing days are over. DEC MANAGEMENT helps to create a smooth transition by setting up post career planning right at the beginning of our clients careers. We will set up interviews, training, internships, and other avenues to make sure our clients success on the playing field is mirrored in the business world.
