Eugene is the Director of Marketing and Client Services for DEC Management. He is responsible for overseeing the DEC Management Marketing Division and coordinating off the field money making opportunities for our clients. Eugene obtains new marketing opportunities as well as maintains the relationship with our established marketing partners. Eugene's main focus is to use corporate relationships to generate and maximize revenue opportunities for all DEC clients off the field. Eugene is also in charge of client services where his main responsibility is assisting any DEC Management client in all of their off the field needs and activities. His task is to make sure DEC Management clients are entertained, energized, and kept happy members of DEC family.

Eugene was born in St. Petersburg, Russia. Eugene received his BSBA from Bowling Green State University '06. He joined DEC Management in April of 2008. He currently resides in downtown Fort Lauderdale.
